The Product Manager - Roulettes will oversee the product planning process for our electronic roulette offerings. This role requires close collaboration with the R&D, Sales, Product Compliance, and Operations teams to drive the overall success of the roulette products offered to our customers. As the primary resource for insights on customer needs, player preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis, the Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a Process Roadmap: Develop and manage the roadmap for the launch and ongoing success of the electronic roulette product line.
- Manage Product Launch Schedule: Coordinate and oversee the product launch schedule, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Translate Market Needs Into Requirements: Convert customer, market, and competitive insights into clear, actionable product requirements (PRDs).
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team on product strategy, business planning, and pricing for roulette products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research by collecting and analyzing game performance data specific to electronic roulettes.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and communicate customer feedback to inform product improvements.
- Monitor Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with project commitments related to quality, cost, and timelines.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to the roulette projects.
- Assist in Certification Procedures: Support the certification processes required for regulatory compliance.
Work experience and education requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the production of electronic roulette machines.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the gaming industry.
- A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch.
- Strong ability to collaborate across multiple departments to achieve common business goals.
- Experience in regulated gaming environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to obtain licenses in multiple gaming jurisdictions.
