Your role

We are looking for experienced Project Officer to:

• Own and execute individual tasks and activities to implement the target operating model independently, under guidance of the workstream lead
• Possess strong organisational ability to handle high number of agreements and stakeholders (CRMs, Clients, Portfolio managers, internal counsel, Compliance and finance)
• Prioritise issues and be able to identify urgent vs routine legal agreement changes
• Manage and organise the project’s action points, issues, risks and dependencies
• Clearly communicate and coordinate the deliverables within the project team
• Support workstream leads and subject matter experts with creation of presentation materials.

Your team

You’ll be part of the Asset Management Integration Office reporting to Workstream Lead. You’ll be working with a collaborative team of professionals who take pride in delivering high quality, high impact work to our stakeholders.

Your expertise

• At least 5+ years of project management experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking.
• Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and execution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to manage and deliver to deadlines.
• Highly driven and motivated with a can –do attitude and with a desire to drive change in the organization.
• Eager to learn and to solve complex problems.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, other European languages are a plus.
• Ideally college educated with bachelor’s in Law, Management or Finance.
