About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and data-driven Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and optimizing our game experiences, collaborating with both internal and external teams to turn great ideas into successful products.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external development studios, providing continuous feedback to enhance game KPIs and overall quality.
• Analyze player behavior and game performance data to generate actionable insights and prioritize features.
• Define and drive the product roadmap from concept to launch and beyond.
• Partner with publishing, marketing, and UA teams to identify and implement new monetization and growth strategies.
• Develop and execute go-to-market and live ops strategies to maximize player engagement and retention.
• Oversee the full development cycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in gaming, mobile apps, or a related industry.
• Strong passion for mobile gaming, especially hybrid-casual titles.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into actions.
• Familiarity with new AI technologies and how they can impact product development and player experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
