EG Industrials is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive day-to-day execution and performance across our key growth products. You will work across several B2B SaaS solutions in EG Industrials helping to build a predictable inbound pipeline through paid media, social channels and high-performing landing pages. EG Industrials delivers modern cloud solutions for quality management, transport and asset management, and in this role you will play a central part in scaling our digital presence and commercial growth.
Your Key Responsibilities: Driving Digital Growth Across Channels & Performance
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a vital player in driving our online visibility, performance and customer engagement. You will execute and optimise our digital marketing initiatives across channels, focusing on paid advertising, social media channels, website optimization and reporting. You will help turn strategy into concrete campaigns, ensure they are measured effectively, and continually improve results to support our overall business growth.
Your tasks will include:
- Digital campaigns and performance optimization Create and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns: Paid social, SEM, email, landing pages and retargeting to drive qualified inbound leads.
- Campaign execution and optimisation Continuously monitor and test campaigns to improve performance, engagement, and conversion rates. Identify target audiences, contribute to channel strategies, and create content and campaign plans in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Data analysis and insight-driven decision making Track, analyze and report on key performance metrics across all channels. Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages and emails, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Social media management and engagement Manage day-to-day activity on relevant social media channels, scheduling content, repurposing material and monitoring engagement.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement Collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to align digital execution with business objectives and ensure a cohesive digital presence. Share insights and contribute to cross departmental discussions on campaign strategies, optimization, and performance tracking.
Competencies & Experience:
- Digital marketing expertise: Solid hands-on experience with B2B digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or other complex solutions.
- Data-driven decision making: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization across marketing channels.
- Proactive Execution: Proactive mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring measurable impact and efficiency.
- Performance channels: Proven experience running and optimizing paid campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and/or Meta Business Suite, supported by web analytics tools such as GA4.
- Web and marketing platforms: Comfortable working in a CMS to build and update landing pages, and experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot / Marketing Cloud) is an advantage.
- Education: University or equivalent degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field or relevant practical experience.
- Analytical and data-driven: Confident working with numbers, dashboards and tracking, and able to turn insights into concrete optimization steps.
- Adaptable & collaborative: Willing to experiment, test new approaches and adapt to digital trends, while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator: Able to present insights, strategies and recommendations clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, to different stakeholders. Fluent in oral and written English, as well as one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Danish or Swedish) and residing in Scandinavia.
- Execution-focused & structured: Delivers high-quality execution with strong attention to detail in setups, tracking and documentation.
- Tech-savvy & curious: Comfortable working across digital tools and platforms and interested in using AI to improve speed, quality and impact.
