Job Posting Description:
This is an onsite role
Contract: Up to 24 months
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will help accomplish our talent attraction and selection projects. By providing outstanding administrative support to our high-volume Talent Acquisition team and ensuring data integrity and completeness. As the main contact for internal and external candidates, you will ensure positive candidate experience as you facilitate the stages of the recruitment process.

About The Role
- Respond to applicant inquiries regarding roles and recruitment and selection process
- Update HRIS (Workday) as searches progress, ensuring data integrity
- Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate interview logistics, initiate and monitor candidate background check processes, raising issues as they arise
- Assemble employment offer packages, process new hires, ensure recruitment documentation is complete, and organize and update recruitment files
- Provide reliable and timely resolution to inquiries from our People Operations team
- Process invoices for our team, following up on issues and participating in annual budgeting conversations
- Maintain and update reports with detailed and accurate information, providing data as needed
- Act as a positive recruitment ambassador throughout Workday implementation, offering support with recruitment policies and procedures and approaching changes with optimism
- Offer input on process improvement to ensure a positive employee and candidate experience
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to keep us organized
- University or College Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Previous experience providing administrative support to an HR leader or team with a high volume of work.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize your time when receiving multiple requests.
- Impeccable follow up and attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, editing and proofreading.
- Professional approach with the ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Able to anticipate needs, recognize problems and offer creative solutions, with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Technically savvy, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Collaborative teammate with superior influencing skills, developing relationships easily across HR to move recruitment forward.
- Experience and enthusiasm for recruitment technologies.
