Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ Yrs of working experience managing telecom domain projects
- Must have- Telecom Middleware product hands on experience
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Guide teams and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum best practices
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog
- Track sprint progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Remove impediments that block the team’s progress
- Coach team members toward continuous improvement and agile maturity
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including UX/UI, marketing, data, QA, and engineering
