Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters
Join us as a Technical Program Manager / Project Manager and lead the delivery of AI-powered initiatives that fuel Sirion’s platform. You will bridge technology, product, and customer teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and rollout of high-impact AI and product engineering projects.
This role offers the unique opportunity to combine technical program ownership with client delivery excellence, driving outcomes both inside engineering teams and in customer-facing deployments.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead end-to-end program management for AI, engineering, and product delivery initiatives.
- Define project scope, success metrics, and delivery plans in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.
- Manage cross-functional coordination between AI engineers, product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee client implementation timelines, ensuring seamless onboarding, configuration, and deployment of AI solutions.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery with transparent communication to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and program reviews using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, delivery dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance execution efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between technical delivery and customer value realization — ensuring that every project meets its business goals.
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in technical program or project management within software, SaaS, or AI-driven environments.
Core Expertise:
- Experience managing implementation of enterprise systems or workflow platforms.
- Familiarity with business process workflows including approvals, templates, document/data management, and compliance tracking.
- Customer-facing delivery experience working with cross-functional teams including Presales, Customer Success / Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and AI / Implementation Support.
- Understanding of SDLC, APIs, and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with global teams.
