Title: WMS Developer

Location: DFW Metroplex

Assignment Type: 6–12-month Contract-to-hire

Compensation: $45/hr-$55/hr

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

The role involves developing, configuring, and supporting the Körber WMS (formerly HighJump) to meet business requirements. This includes collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting system issues, optimizing warehouse processes (inventory, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, receiving), and ensuring seamless integration with other systems (SAP, TMS, RFID, PLCs, robotics). The position also entails developing custom features, reports, and workflows, performing system upgrades and testing, and providing end-user training and support. Additionally, the role requires maintaining documentation and conducting performance analysis to ensure optimal WMS functionality and efficiency.
