As a Data Analyst on the Logistics Solutions team, you’ll dig into the details of the Coffeehouse delivery experience and share insights that help drive improvement. You’ll play a key role in weekly and monthly business reviews to give leaders a clear picture of performance and opportunities. Beyond that, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored analytics that help them act and make informed decisions.
As a Data Analyst, Logistics Solutions, you will…
- Develop dashboards, reports, and processes for key performance indicators for WBR and MBR sessions.
- Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into business strategies to improve delivery to our coffeehouses.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms and business systems.
- Establish documentation standards for reporting and analytics across Logistics Solutions.
- Business analytics and data visualization for executive-level reporting. (5+ years)
- SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), advanced Excel, and analytics automation tools (e.g., Alteryx). (5+ years)
- Deep understanding of the retail operating environment, customer experience metrics, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format to audiences with varied experience.
- Familiarity with WBR/MBR processes and executive reporting standards.
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
