Responsibilities
- Schedule candidates for in-person and virtual interviews; distribute interview confirmations
- Manage internal and external job postings ensuring all vacancies are accompanied by an approved requisition
- Maintain recruiting database (Workday), including initial input of prospects and resumes
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork
- Maintain communication with managers and candidates throughout the entire recruiting process
- Provide the HR team with regular progress reports of positions filled and current vacancies
- Consistently focus recruiting efforts to meet recruiting goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Operational efficiency projects as they arise
- Ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Web applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Can organize, prioritize, plan and multi-task work activities in a high-pressure environment
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- 1 to 3 years of corporate experience required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting and hiring exempt and non-exempt positions in disciplines such as IT, finance/accounting, office services, and/or secretarial preferred
- Familiarity with HR concepts and practices related to identifying, attracting and selecting candidates preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is non-exempt meaning it is overtime pay eligible.
