Responsibilities:
- Company is seeking an HR Specialist, Program Ops to join the AWS Executive Development and Culture team within AWS PXT.
- This role will support operations across multiple development programs with a focus on managing and executing global development summits.
- The ideal candidate will be an operations and events professional who exhibits impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills in both planning and execution.
- This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively, as you'll be working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- We're looking for an individual who can adapt to changing situations, is good at problem-solving, and can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- This role will have an emphasis process management, documentation, and operational excellence.
