Responsibilities:
  • Company is seeking an HR Specialist, Program Ops to join the AWS Executive Development and Culture team within AWS PXT.
  • This role will support operations across multiple development programs with a focus on managing and executing global development summits.
  • The ideal candidate will be an operations and events professional who exhibits impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills in both planning and execution.
  • This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively, as you'll be working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • We're looking for an individual who can adapt to changing situations, is good at problem-solving, and can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role will have an emphasis process management, documentation, and operational excellence.
  • You'll contribute to ensuring these internal events align with Company’s business objectives while fostering a sense of community and recognizing achievements within the organization.
  • This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the internal culture of Company through impactful events, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational skills.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $32.00 - $33.00/hr.  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.  Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.  Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
