Role Overview

The APM will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure successful execution of exterior restoration projects—ranging from façade repairs and reroofing to historic preservation and waterproofing scopes. What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in façade restoration, roofing, waterproofing, or other exterior construction
  • Open to candidates from General Contractors with proven experience managing exterior work scopes
  • Strong understanding of NYC construction and façade compliance requirements
  • Ability to read drawings, coordinate field operations, and problem-solve proactively
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to progress into a Project Manager role
  • Comfortable working across multiple job sites in NYC
  • OSHA (10 or 30) preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary up to $110,000
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Clear growth path from APM → PM
  • Exposure to landmark, commercial, and high-rise restoration projects
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment with mentorship and development
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, PTO, etc.)
