Are accountable for their acts and omissions.
Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.

To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Learning Activities:
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies and processes.
• Completing successfully all necessary assessments, as guided and required.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the training.
• Maintaining communication with supervisors and attending periodic evaluations.
Team Support Activities:
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other Senior staff.
• Researching and assisting in identifying areas for service or process improvements.
• Providing administrative support, such as printing, setting up materials, rooms, etc. as requested from their supervisors.
Active Contribution Activities:
• Preparing all requested documents, materials and updating records.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Writing and presenting regular updates to management.
• Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
• Maintaining and developing relationship with employees.
• Perform all other job related duties, as assigned.
