The Senior Manager, Products is the primary custodian of the Business Unit’s Mobile (Mobility) and Fixed (Connectivity) portfolios. The purpose of this role is to drive profitable market leadership by translating corporate strategy into high-performing product roadmaps.
The incumbent is responsible for the end-to-end commercial success of products—balancing aggressive revenue growth with cost efficiency—while leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative ICT and Telecom solutions. Through rigorous lifecycle management, strategic pricing, and partnership development, this role ensures Omantel remains the preferred digital partner for enterprise customers.

- Minimum role requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in telecom product management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position, with exposure to both mobile and fixed product portfolios
- Take full ownership of the revenue and cost targets for Mobile (Mobility) and Fixed (Connectivity) products, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth within the Omantel Business Unit.
- Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps for Mobile and Fixed services, aligned with Omantel’s business goals.
- Build pricing models, promotional campaigns, and manage product lifecycle from inception to commercial launch.
- Conduct market research to understand telecom and ICT trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technology, ICT, Security, Business Excellence, etc.) to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
- Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and market opportunities for Mobile and Fixed products.
- Provide periodic updates to senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategy.
- Develop SLAs to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Set SMART KPIs, evaluate team performance, and provide coaching for improvement.
- Identify and negotiate with partners to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with business objectives.
