We are looking for a Network Engineer with a strong telecommunications background to join a project on an initial 6-month contract.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving network infrastructure within a telecoms environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

• Design, configure, and support network infrastructure in a telecoms setting
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Implement network upgrades, changes, and optimizations
• Ensure network security, resilience, and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on network-related initiatives
• Support incident resolution and root cause analysis

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer within telecoms environments
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network protocols
• Experience with enterprise or carrier-grade network equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
• Strong communication and documentation skills
