Senior Data Scientist

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Data Scientist to become a part of our global team.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data, identify patterns and trends in data sets
• Define new data collection and analysis processes
• Work in the team, share results /reports, and communicate them with relevant stakeholders, product and dev team
• Develop and implement novel statistical / machine learning approaches to real-world, large-scale problems that have a direct impact on the business
• Translate business problems into prediction models and optimization programs, implemented with professional software engineering skills

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science
• Extensive knowledge of Data Science skills (Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistics, Visualization, Core ML)
• Experience with Python, Pyspark
• Basic data engineering skills Core Engineering skills (versioning, ci/cd, high quality, automated testing, scalability)
• High-level knowledge of DevOps / Platform skills (Scheduling and ML pipelines)
• High motivation and passion for continuous learning
• Result-driven and taking full ownership for the task s/he is working on
• Team player, advanced collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Opinionated yet humble
• Ability to see the big picture and decompose it into domains

Nice to have

• Deep and hands-on expertise on ML models including deep learning
• Knowledge and experience with Tensorflow / Keras, pytorch
