The Designer, Global Product Creation (12-Month Project) will be responsible for driving the development and approval of licensed products that align with brand identity and franchise guidelines. This role ensures consistency across style guides and product assets, supports licensees with creative tools and pitches, reviews samples for quality and compliance, and contributes to the implementation of category strategies under managerial guidance.
The Designer, Global Product Creation Will Be Responsible For
- Manage style guides and PD assets to licensees’ distribution.
- Approve all products in OPA / PML system.
- Develop presentations on demand.
- Give orientation and guidance to interns for OPA process.
- Review product samples sent by licensees.
- Constantly search for references and new ideas and partners.
- Create product pitches & PD tools for licensees to maximize their potentiality.
- Apply and disseminate franchises’ guidelines & policies.
- Implement category strategy under Manager guidance.
- 3-5 years of experience in product design and branding. Preferred Industries: stationery.
- Advanced level of English and intermediate level of Spanish.
- Required academic qualification: Graphic Design course, Bachelor’s degree in Design (Ideal).
- Expertise in product development and strong knowledge of the graphic industry.
- Experience with design and presentation tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote.
- Professional with a collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
