Job Title: Digital Project Manager

Contract Length: 18 months

Location: UK – Remote

Working Pattern: 5 days per week

SRG is working with a leading organisation who is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to support the end-to-end delivery of creative digital content for Therapy Area brands. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of digital content delivery, from concept and design through to production, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and adherence to defined processes.


Project Overview

  • Provide project management support for end-to-end creative content delivery for Therapy Area brands.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.


Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Digital Project Manager.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital creative content delivery, including concept, design, and production.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Exposure to omnichannel marketing strategies and execution.
  • Familiarity with Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) approval processes in a pharmaceutical environment.

  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey timelines, execution plans, and project status updates.
  • Strong creative understanding to optimise delivery from concept through insights and testing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital production processes.
  • Proficiency with work management tools such as Asana, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project data.
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end timelines, including maintenance of RAID and action logs.
  • Experience applying project management best practices, including planning, status reporting, meeting documentation, and risk/issue management.
  • Ability to work within and follow defined processes.


Services & Deliverables

The service provider will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end content delivery from CMA teams for one or more priority Therapy Area brands.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Asana, including timelines, status, risks, decisions, and reporting fields.
  • Producing regular and up-to-date status reports for all managed brands.
  • Owning end-to-end delivery timelines and maintaining RAID and action logs.
  • Keeping individual project master PowerPoint decks fully updated.
  • Providing a comprehensive handover document for managed brands, using the agreed template.
