PSD is hiring: Project Coordinator – Retail & Hospitality Fit-Outs (London HQ)

PSD are partnering with a fast-growing London-based consultancy to recruit a Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of retail & hospitality fit-outs across the UK.

This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, work directly with senior leaders and clients, and grow quickly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting Project Managers to keep projects on track through pre-construction
• Attending site meetings and producing detailed, accurate minutes
• Assisting with tender lists, drawing reviews and contractor returns
• Helping with cost reports, budget trackers and programme updates
• Producing clear weekly updates for clients
• Managing and improving the aftercare/handover process
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors & consultants

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally experience of supporting projects in retail, leisure or hospitality fit-outs
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions-driven
• Confident Excel user (formulas & reporting)
• Understanding of H&S requirements and legislation
• Strong communicator with great client-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
