Calling Top-Tier Node.js & TypeScript Developers, We’re partnering with a high-growth organisation that’s rapidly scaling its engineering capability and is seeking 5 experienced Developers to join their team late January / early February.
If you’re passionate about building clean, scalable, cloud-native solutions and enjoy working in modern engineering environments, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful, technically challenging projects.
About the Role You’ll be working as part of a highly skilled engineering team, designing and building Node.js-based microservices within a cloud-native AWS environment.
The role emphasises quality engineering, test-driven development, and modern best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Node.js microservices using TypeScript
- Build and integrate APIs in a serverless AWS environment
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Apply TDD and clean code principles throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Proven experience building microservices architectures
- Solid AWS experience, particularly:
- Lambda
- API development
- Cloud-native services
- Strong advocate for test-driven development (TDD)
- Experience writing unit tests using Mocha, Chai, or similar frameworks
- NV1 security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Work on meaningful, high-impact projects
