We’re looking for a Senior Android Engineer who is passionate about building clean, scalable, and high-performing mobile experiences. You’ll work closely with product and design teams to deliver features that users love and restaurants depend on.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and ship high-quality Android features using Kotlin and Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product experiences
- Improve app architecture, performance, and scalability
- Contribute to team culture and mentor junior engineers
- Help shape our roadmap and technical direction
- 3–5+ years of Android development experience
- Proficient in Kotlin and Java
- Experience shipping apps to the Google Play Store
- Strong eye for UI/UX and creating pixel-perfect interfaces
- Knowledge of native APIs, modern app architecture, and design patterns
- Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and writing testable code
- Great communicator and team collaborator
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
- CI/CD pipeline development
- Passion for food, restaurants, and the hospitality space
