About the role
As an experienced DevOps Cloud Engineer, you will bring your technical expertise across AWS, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps and IaC to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
As part of the DevOps team, you’ll work on new projects and continuous improvement engagements blending BAU, optimisation, and hands-on engineering. You’ll have the freedom to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver tangible outcomes across large AWS environments.
What you'll do
- Work with customers on DevOps improvement engagements focused on uplift, optimisation and reliability
- Implement cloud infrastructure, systems and application solutions and services with focus on CI/CD and automation tasks to treat Infrastructure as Code.
- Create infrastructure deployment templates (Terraform and/or CloudFormation)
- Manage tools like JIRA and Git workflows according to best practices.
- Automate, monitor and secure cloud environments to improve performance and efficiency
What we'd love to see
- 4+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer
- Previous experience working with AWS
- Strong hands-on experience with IaC, CI/CD pipelines, ECS, EKS, Python, Bash, Jira, Jenkins
- Experience working in an MSP or large-scale enterprise environment
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-first attitude.
