🚨 We’re Hiring: Interaction Designer (APS6 Equivalent) 🚨

📍 Location: ACT (Hybrid)

🕒 Contract: 8 months | Up to 40 hrs/week

📅 Start Date: March 2026

🔍 What you’ll be doing

• Design end-to-end user journeys across digital products and services
• Create and test prototypes based on user research and evidence
• Facilitate user-centred design and design thinking workshops
• Interpret NPS and customer satisfaction insights
• Work collaboratively in an Agile delivery team
• Evaluate design options with consideration for security, usability, accessibility, and performance

✅ What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in interaction and UX design (APS6 level)
• Proven ability to run UX labs and workshops
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Australian citizenship (mandatory)
• Ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance

➕ Nice to have

• UI/UX or related tertiary qualifications
• Hands-on experience with common UX/UI tools
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
