Senior UX Designer (UX/UI/Product Design)

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a Technology team within a Big 4 bank, supporting Institutional Banking & Markets. This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer with strong UX foundations and experience across UX, UI, and product design.

You’ll work end-to-end on complex enterprise platforms used by high-value institutional clients, including the replatforming of a major system from an external solution to an internal one. The role requires someone who can lead design thinking, influence stakeholders, and translate complexity into clear, usable solutions.

What You’ll Do

Lead UX and product design across complex digital systems

Design end-to-end solutions from concept through to delivery

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI

Collaborate closely with developers and senior stakeholders

Ensure accessibility and design standards are met

What We’re Looking For

7+ years’ experience in UX, UI, or product design roles

Strong end-to-end design capability across UX and product thinking

Experience working on complex, enterprise-scale platforms

Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills

Strong understanding of technology and delivery environments

This role offers a 12-month contract with a strong opportunity for extension and a competitive daily rate.
