Project Engineer

Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for a Project Engineer to join its team in the Ghent area.

As project engineer, you will manage technical or engineering projects, working with stakeholders at all levels, with direct responsibility for budgeting, personnel and project planning and making sure the project is finished on time and on budget. Not only will you work on diversified and challenging topics, but we will also support your growth and development through a specific follow-up from one of our Business Manager and the possibility to benefit from specific trainings related to your career objectives.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Support projects in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food & beverage industries
• Bring expertise and knowledge on engineering projects, making sure they move forward
• Manage budget and sub-contractors
• Follow-up of activities on-site
• Contribute to the development of our activities and the constant research of adequate services for our clients
• Engage in internal activities with our back office team and other consultants

ABOUT YOU:

• You have a Master’s degree in bioscience, chemical, electrical, or electromechanical engineering
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experiences in the industry
• You aim at developing project management skills while bringing technical insights
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
