Role Overview
The Product & Offer Manager leads the design, launch, and growth of value propositions developed also in collaboration with strategic partners. You will manage an existing portfolio of benefits, identify new partnership opportunities, co-create and combine offers that deliver measurable customer and business value, and drive adoption of existing partner and benefit solutions across the customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee product development activities and initiatives.
Develop and implement product development plans and strategies.
Monitor and report on product development performance metrics.
Collaborate with product managers and development teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct research on product development best practices and trends.
Provide leadership and direction to the product development team.
Product & Offer Management, Strategy & Design
- Manage and expand existing Eco and Mobility value proposition
- Identify customer needs and market opportunities to build compelling value propositions including combination of partner offers and Pluxee benefits
- Evaluate and prioritize partner solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Lead co-creation workshops and joint business planning with partners
- Own business case, pricing, and performance KPIs for value propositions and individual partner offers
Partner Management & Growth
- Manage relationships with existing partners to optimize performance and ensure delivery of value
- Drive partner pipeline within the customer base to increase penetration and usage
- Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and marketing commitments
- Monitor partner performance and ensure continuous improvement
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement - Support the GTM team in
- Building value-selling narratives, positioning, and enablement materials for sales teams
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Ops) for offer launch and scaling
- Tracking GTM execution and adapt approach based on performance and feedback
Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct market benchmarking and customer research to identify emerging trends and gaps
- Collect customer feedback post-launch and iterate to enhance adoption and satisfaction
- Understand competitive landscape and ensure differentiation
Skills & Competencies
- Strong product / offer design mindset
- Partnership development and contract negotiation skills
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Customer-centric and data-driven approach
- Structured problem solving and commercial acumen
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively
- Ability to build (financial) business cases, backed by robust assumptions and defend them with leadership team and key stakeholders
Experience & skills
- 5+ years in Product Management, Partner Management, Business Development, or Offer/Proposition Management
- Experience working with ecosystem partners (tech platforms, services providers, fintechs, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B solutions
- Experience in matrixed environments and influencing without direct authority
- Professional proficiency in Dutch or French, and English
