Our client is embarking on a major ERP Transformation program ans is looking for a Scrum Master with strong experience in test management and cutover coordination to support a Finance & IT program. You will help teams use Jira effectively, provide clear reporting to stakeholders, coordinate structured testing activities, and support a controlled cutover/go-live.

What you’ll do

Jira Master (Reporting, Governance & Enablement)

• Build and maintain dashboards for stakeholders

• Configure and run reports (velocity, burndown, cycle time)

• Track progress, dependencies, and risks; support escalation when needed

• Support delivery operations in Jira: backlogs, sprints, epics, releases

• Define and maintain standards and conventions (workflows, naming, issue types)

• Provide user support and training; troubleshoot Jira usage issues

Test Management

• Define the test strategy and test schedule

• Support test design, including test data needs

• Coordinate test execution with Finance, IT, and central teams

• Ensure test cases, results, and defects are documented, traceable, and reported

• Monitor progress and report test metrics (coverage, defect trends)

• Support Go/No-Go recommendations based on agreed readiness criteria

Cutover Management

• Plan the cutover approach and timeline (before/during/after go-live)

• Create and maintain a detailed cutover runbook

• Coordinate readiness activities (data migration completion, configuration changes, access readiness)

• Confirm legacy switch-off / new solution start-up steps and validations

• Define roles & responsibilities and escalation paths

• Manage risks, dependencies, and contingency plans

• Organize cutover rehearsals and post-cutover validation checks

• Provide regular status updates to the Project Lead and IT Lead

What you bring

• Strong experience with Jira (dashboards, reporting, ways of working, governance)

• Knowledge of Agile delivery and project management practices

• Experience coordinating testing and defect management

• Experience supporting cutover/go-live in complex environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, able to work independently, and able to connect the dots across teams

Languages

• Professional proficiency in English is required

• Proficiency in French or Dutch is required

• German is a plus
