We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join our Heart Failure division at the EMEA & APAC headquarters in Zaventem. This role is key to enabling commercial and financial leadership to make data-driven decisions that impact the business unit’s success.

What You’ll Do
- Review and optimize existing reporting frameworks for centralization and simplification.
- Design and implement reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel.
- Consolidate and analyze large, complex data sets for HQ and regional teams.
- Maintain reporting systems and act as the main contact for data inquiries.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional and global management.
- Support financial analysis, including sales, margin, and SG&A reviews.
- Drive data accuracy, transparency, and standardization for better decision-making.
- Participate in improvement projects and provide training/documentation.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in business and financial analytics.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP and Hyperion Planning/Essbase preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large, complex data sets.
- Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; self-motivated and proactive.
