Now we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to define, shape, and drive products that create meaningful value for both customers and the business. You will own the overall product strategy and vision, acting as the voice of the customer and the link between market needs and internal development teams. Working at a strategic level, you will ensure our products align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and long-term platform health. You will translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap, make impact-driven prioritization decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to come to the office at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 5000 - 5500€/month gross.



YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

  • Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business vision and customer needs
  • Act as the voice of the customer, representing both operators and end users
  • Translate business strategy and high-level requirements into clear product plans and priorities
  • Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and pain points
  • Define customer goals, high-level requirements, and user flows
  • Prioritize the product roadmap by balancing customer value, platform improvements, technical needs, and compliance requirements
  • Manage and align internal and external stakeholders around product vision, roadmap, and tradeoffs
  • Communicate product direction, priorities, and progress transparently across the organization
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with third parties where relevant
  • Track product usage and measure impact on users and business outcomes
  • Exceptional judgement in making thorough prioritization decisions with incomplete information.
  • Support cross-team coordination to ensure effective development and delivery of product features


IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF MUST-HAVES:

  • At least 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a B2C environment
  • Strong interest in product development with deep knowledge of product discovery and delivery practices
  • Proven ability to translate complex business and technical problems into clear, structured product priorities
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex technical and regulatory environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align product, design, engineering, compliance, legal, security, and other functions around shared goals
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, able to handle tension, uncertainty, and ambiguity constructively
  • Ability to mentor others and share knowledge within the Product team
  • Experience defining and improving product ways of working and operating models
  • Technical understanding and curiosity about how systems are built


TO TRULY EXCEL IN THE ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro
