We are now looking for a Finance & People Operations Specialist to join our People Ops team in a role that combines responsibility across both finance and HR.
In this role, you will be responsible for our onboarding and offboarding processes and their continuous development. You will take care of day-to-day HR practices throughout the employee life cycle and support our managers in personnel-related matters. You will also contribute to shaping Norrin’s culture and ensure that our processes and guidelines remain clear, up to date and supportive as we grow. Alongside HR responsibilities, you will support our CFO and participate in core finance processes, such as handling purchase, travel and sales invoices as well as internal billing for group events. You will also take part in developing our finance processes and maintain related documentation and guidelines.
Your work plays a key role in creating a smooth and positive employee experience throughout the entire employment life cycle, while also supporting Norrin’s day-to-day operational flow. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys a varied scope of work, is development-oriented but also appreciates routine tasks, and enjoys making operations more efficient in a fast-evolving environment.
🧩 What You Will Do
People Ops
- Own, develop and manage our onboarding and offboarding processes
- Implement and administer a new onboarding/offboarding tool
- Handle day-to-day HR practices (absence data, employee information, benefits)
- Support managers in day-to-day HR matters
- Contribute to maintaining a unified and healthy company culture
- Process purchase and travel invoices
- Manage sales invoicing and internal billing for group events
- Support month-end and year-end closing cycles
- Maintain the contract archive and update related guidelines and schedules
- Collaborate with the CFO to develop finance processes

- 3-5 years of experience in finance and HR-related roles
- Ability to own processes and drive improvements with multiple stakeholders
- A detail oriented and organized working style
- Taking initiative, service-mindedness and a willingness to improve ways of working
- Strong skills in both Finnish and English
