Overview

We are seeking a Finnish-speaking Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong exposure to Salesforce-driven digital initiatives. The role is delivery-focused, bridging business requirements and technical teams within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Business Analyst / Product Owner for Salesforce and digital platforms.
• Analyse business needs, identify customer problems, and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
• Create and manage detailed documentation, acceptance criteria, and Jira backlogs.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Facilitate customer workshops, sprint demos, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, UX designers, and technical architects.
• Ensure traceability from business requirements through solution design and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in digital programmes.
• Strong command of Finnish and English (Finnish is mandatory).
• Proven experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for story writing, backlog management, and sprint tracking.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platforms and technical design concepts.
• Ability to bridge business, UX, and technical teams effectively.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Basic understanding of UX / customer experience design.
