As part of the Operations Division, you will join the Project Partnering team.
Your mission is to manage the day-to-day activities of a local team of Project Partners (PPs) and support them in achieving their business targets and personal growth. You will act as a "Player-Coach," balancing team leadership with hands-on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilitiesâš
- Lead and develop the team: Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Project Partners, closely monitoring and driving their performance
- Drive Change Management: Embrace and implement change within the teamâincluding new processes, tools, and ways of workingâfostering a cohesive "One Team" spirit
- Manage Stakeholders: Cultivate robust relationships with key local stakeholders, ensuring close, continuous collaboration with Sales and Community teams
- Stay Hands-on: Maintain a strong understanding of the Product and current processes by continuing to directly manage sourcing opportunities yourself
- Optimize Staffing: Propose staffing optimizations and anticipate staffing issues within the team to ensure operational continuity
- Provide Strategic Feedback: Provide feedback to management on product, processes, and data to enhance the freelancer and client sourcing experience
- Experience: You have a solid background in Sourcing or Recruitment with proven experience in Team Leadership or coaching
- Business Acumen: You possess strong skills in Pipeline Management, Capacity Planning, and Negotiation & Closing Techniques
- Communication: You are an expert in Objection Handling, Conflict Resolution, and Communication Strategy
- Mindset: You are customer-centric with experience in Customer Experience Management and have an eye for Process Optimization
- Languages: You speak English at a native level
- First call with our Talent Acquisition Manager Claudia to better understand your background and aspirations (30-45 minutes)
- Interview with your future manager to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role (45-60 minutes)
- Business case to complete, which will be evaluated to assess your sourcing logic and management skills by Laura Nadal Head of Recruitment consultant team
- Final interview with a Nicolas Tisserand VP project partnering and Perrine Ferrault COO to discuss Maltâs long-term vision
- Onboarding: Before easing into your new role, youâll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other new joiners at our office in Paris
