Product Designer (FinTech / Enterprise SaaS)
📍 Dublin/London (Hybrid – 10 days/month)
I’m hiring a Product Designer to join a growing FinTech platform where design is genuinely part of product strategy — not an afterthought.
This role sits within GTreasury’s product organisation, focused on Netting and Payments. The problems are complex, data-heavy, and enterprise-led — the kind that need strong product thinking, not just clean UI.
What this role is really about
This is an end-to-end product design role. You’ll be:
- Owning design for meaningful product areas, not isolated tickets
- Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery through delivery
- Designing for enterprise users dealing with complex financial workflows
- Contributing to a design system that supports scale and consistency
You’ll be supported by a strong design lead, but you’ll have real ownership and visibility.
What we’re looking for
This role suits a designer who:
- Has experience in FinTech, banking, or financial systems (even 1–2 years is valuable)
- Has worked on B2B / enterprise SaaS products
- Is comfortable with complex, data-heavy interfaces
- Can talk through their thinking, not just show screens
- Has a portfolio with clear, well-articulated case studies
Ways of working
- Hybrid model: 10 days per month in the Dublin/London office
- Collaborative, fast-moving product environment
- Design is treated as a core product discipline
If you enjoy solving difficult problems, working closely with product and engineering, and want your work to have real impact — I’d love to have a conversation.
