Senior Product Designer | Payments | FinTech

📍 Dublin/London (Hybrid – 10 days/month)

I’m hiring a Senior Product Designer for a high-impact role within GTreasury’s Payments product area.

This is a senior individual contributor position for someone who wants real ownership, influence, and the opportunity to shape how design operates at scale — not a people-management role, and not a surface-level UI position.

What makes this role different

Payments is a mission-critical part of the GTreasury platform. The work involves:

• Designing complex payment workflows and operational dashboards
• Navigating regulated, high-stakes environments
• Reducing complexity for enterprise finance users
• Influencing product direction, not just executing on it

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership and act as a design authority within your domain.

What we’re looking for

This role suits someone who:

• Has 7+ years’ experience in product / UX design
• Brings deep payments, fintech, or financial services experience
• Has designed complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products
• Thinks in systems and platforms, not one-off features
• Can influence stakeholders through clarity, rationale, and evidence
• Has a strong portfolio showing real business and user impact

• Hybrid model: 10 days per month in the Dublin office
