What You'll Do
Lead and inspire a team of rendering experts to deliver advanced real-time graphics systems.
Own the core rendering architecture, from material systems to programmable pipelines.
Research and implement state-of-the-art rendering techniques-ray tracing, global illumination, GPU-driven rendering.
Stay ahead of industry trends from SIGGRAPH, Eurographics, and beyond, and bring innovative ideas to life.
Collaborate with GPU driver and hardware teams to push performance boundaries.
Build strong partnerships with academia and industry to drive technical breakthroughs.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership in delivering large-scale graphics projects.
8+ years of C/C++ experience with strong system architecture skills.
4+ years of commercial Vulkan experience.
Deep knowledge of GPU rendering pipelines and shader programming (HLSL/GLSL/Metal).
Hands-on experience with graphics debugging tools (RenderDoc, Pix, NVIDIA Nsight).
Solid understanding of modern rendering techniques and 3D math.
Bonus Points For
Shipped game titles.
Experience with game engine development (Unity, Unreal Engine 5, or proprietary engines).
Familiarity with data-oriented design and ECS.
Prior graphics development experience on Android or iOS.
