Role Description

This role is for an Assistant Project Manager responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and control of projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. In this position, you will work closely with project managers to ensure project activities are structured, timelines are managed effectively, and deliverables are completed in alignment with project objectives and organizational priorities.

Key responsibilities include assisting in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines, tracking progress against milestones, and monitoring task dependencies. You will coordinate project activities, organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions to ensure clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also support risk identification, issue tracking, and change management processes, helping to assess impacts and maintain project stability. Preparing regular status reports, performance updates, and documentation is a core part of this role, enabling stakeholders to stay informed and aligned.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to resolve issues, manage priorities, and ensure projects move forward efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The Assistant Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring project structure, coordination, and execution, contributing directly to successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
