We are seeking a Data and Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure the organization remains customer-focused and competitive. This role connects strategy, analytics, and execution, translating insights into measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual strategic planning by developing market insights, conducting scenario analyses, and identifying future risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure strategic objectives are translated into clear, measurable KPIs and define processes for tracking and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors to deliver actionable commercial insights that guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales to develop demand forecasts and business cases based on historical data, market trends, and key variables.
  • Provide insights on product performance, pricing, market positioning, and customer segmentation to improve portfolio efficiency and profitability.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure insights are embedded into strategic and operational decisions.



Requirements

  • Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, challenge assumptions, and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of financial data, forecasts, and business cases, combined with knowledge of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present complex information clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in analytics and BI tools such as Power BI, Superset, Excel, and customer insight platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or comparable data querying and analysis languages.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results on time.
  • Capability and ambition to build, lead, and develop a team of analytics and commercial insights professionals over the long term.

Compensation

Fixed salary depending on experience: € 3500-4300 gross/month + annual bonuses.
