Now, we’re looking for a Medior Backend Developer to join the Conversational Router development team!

What You Will Do

The Conversational Router is a core component of CM.com's platform, handling millions of messages daily between end-users and our applications across channels like WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS. It connects with key products like Web Conversations, Conversational AI Cloud, HALO, and Mobile Service Cloud.

As a Medior Developer in our 4-person team in Breda, you'll work on a broad range of tasks: developing new features, making architectural decisions, handling DevOps work, optimizing performance, monitoring, and maintaining the Router's 24/7 operation. You'll tackle technical challenges like streaming AI messages and data anonymization, and you'll have the freedom to shape your own solutions and make meaningful contributions to a product that processes significant scale.

The role involves regular collaboration with different teams across CM.com. As we centralize functionalities from various applications into the Router, there's room to think outside the box and pick up new technologies, including AI-related work.

Additionally, you ideally have

  • At least 3 years of experience with C#, .NET, and Cloud Service. You have a passion for writing clean, maintainable code and are eager to learn modern development practices.
  • A proactive attitude towards working on complex solutions. You enjoy technical challenges and thrive on solving intricate problems.
  • A self-starting mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with direct colleagues.
  • You enjoy being part of a relatively small and close-knit team.
  • You are fluent in English and live near our headquarters in Breda.
