Your main responsibilities

• Researching and digging deep into details to work out the trading/market making strategies with a focus on providing value to market participants
• Monitor trading systems in real-time and adjust trading parameters to maximize profitability
• Analyze our historical data and implement trading system efficiency improvements
  
  

What We Expect

• At least 4+ years of hands-on algorithmic trading (HFT) experience
• Your own trading strategy to bring on a table
• Good Python skills (to review solutions done by software engineers and be able to write some code yourself, if necessary)
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and dive into new concepts
• Understanding of blockchain basics: transactions, wallets, smart contracts, double spend, transactions pool, mining is a plus
• Owner mindset - focus on delivering the most value to the markets and the most value to the company
• Strong desire and curiosity to further explore algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative, and market-making trading.
• Very good English knowledge
• Work from Bangkok or Amsterdam, with quarterly visits to HQ Riga.
