HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We are looking for a dynamic and structured Commercial Project Manager to join the Cartier Benelux & Nordics team based in Amsterdam and reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager. This role is dedicated to supporting our boutiques and driving operational excellence. You will lead and support transversal projects, enhance operational tools and processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency. Your mission is to empower boutique teams by providing them with the right tools, information and coordination to deliver operational excellence every day.
Key Responsibilities
Large-scale boutique projects, such as:
- Lead projects to improve our Boutique flows and the way we are operating boutiques.
- Animate the implementation of various initiatives, to constantly improve operational excellence.
- Coordinate transversal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of strategic boutique extensions, renovations and openings.
- Monitor and follow up on the roadmap, ensuring milestones are met, risks are anticipated and progress is communicated to all stakeholders.
- Digital tools and community engagement:
- Drive the adaptation and strategic deployment of Cartier digital tools to enhance boutique performance and client experience.
- Act as the main interface between boutiques, central teams, and IT for digital initiatives, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions.
- Lead tool roll-outs, including change management, user guides, and training programs to ensure successful implementation and long-term adaptation.
- Build a seamless communication between our CRC contact center and our Boutique teams.
- Implement and develop local digital tools.
- Ensure the implementation of the Match to Traffic schedule mindset in boutiques in partnership with performance team.
- Lead transversal initiatives to improve commercial operations efficiency.
- Be the main point of contact for Europe and HQ in terms of Retail Excellence.
- Act as the main referent for all client experience & operational efficiency related topics.
- In collaboration with Client team, ensure smooth operations for client in-boutique experience, incl. but not limited to Hospitality Playbook.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, operations or cross-functional initiatives, especially in retail field. Previous in-store experiences are a plus.
- You have an ability to organize, set priorities and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
- You are a problem-solver and comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment
- You have strong communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationship with different stakeholders & counterparts.
- You have a “team player” spirit, and the ability to work well within a group / team dynamic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Proficiency with SAP is a plus.
