The Role
- Develop and implement commercial strategies Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Go-to-market (GTM) strategies, to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, pricing structures, and promotional effectiveness to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and distribution strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance commercial channel performance.
- Support leadership in long-term planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, and sales performance optimization, sales analytics.
- Knowledge of RGM and RTM.
- Experience with Nielsen data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience working with large datasets and predictive modeling to support business decisions.
- Understanding of digital commerce, omnichannel strategies, and supply chain dynamics.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, finance, and operations to drive commercial success.
