Job Description

• Designing an implementation of database systems in the Information Systems
• Monitor and support critical business processes;
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stores procedures, and database triggers for data manipulation and reporting;
• Working closely with Development teams to improve the value of business processes outcomes.
• Administration and maintaining databases in operational conditions
• Implementing backup systems to ensure the integrity of all database data;
• Ensuring that backups are made in accordance with strategy defined by each business line;
• Provide technical support:
• Provide support to developers and APS teams;
• Intervene in the event of incidents which limit the performance of databases or access to information;
• Active participation in post-mortems for major and/or recurring database incidents;
• Technical advisory:
• Ensure technological monitoring to maitain the required performance and availability through visualisation tools (e.g Dynatrace, Power BI);
• Assess and deploy innovative solutions aiming to simply, automate and optimise database costs;

Technical Skills:

• Solid experience with full stack Microsoft BI - SSIS, SSRS, SSAS(Preferential Tabular Models);
• Solid experience with ETL processes Development, optimization and monitoring (SQL Procedures, Functions,etc..)
• Root cause analysis skills;
• Experience with SQL perfomance tunning, partitioning and indexing;
• Experience with C#,PowerShell, .Net;
• Experience with Power BI;
• Experience with Master Data Services;
• ITIL
• DevOps (CI/CD)
• Monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, ELK, Zabbix)
• Fluent in English
