You will lead the design and execution of L&D programs, support career growth and succession planning, and implement performance management systems across multiple teams. Collaborating closely with HR, operations, and C-level executives, you will influence organizational development while managing key projects during a period of rapid expansion. This position combines leadership, project management, and hands-on HR expertise in a dynamic, collaborative environment with both local and international scope.
