In this role, you will play a key part in introducing, documenting, and presenting new casino games. You will act as a bridg between development teams, marketing, sales, and external partners, ensuring that our games are not only technically polished but also clearly explained and properly understood, both internally and by customers and end users.

Your profile: A communicative and organized individual with experience in the gaming industry, strong understanding of game mechanics, and excellent presentation skills.

Main goal: To ensure new games are technically perfected, properly documented, and clearly presented both within the company and to clients and end users.

Tasks: Preparing game rules and technical documentation, supporting marketing materials, delivering trainings and presentations, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring market trends, and providing support in resolving technical and operational issues.

💻 What can you expect? Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

  • Preparing game rules and user manuals. Creating clear, precise, and regulation-compliant rules and content used as a primary information source for further game development and support.
  • Preparing technical documentation for patent submissions. Collaborating with various departments to create detailed and accurate technical documents for intellectual property protection and new gaming mechanics.
  • Supporting the creation of marketing materials. Co-creating video presentations, brochures, and other promotional content that effectively showcase the games, their features, and unique selling points.
  • Delivering training for testers and participating in game testing. Conducting training for internal QA testers and performing game tests to verify rules, mathematical models, and overall quality before release.
  • Training casino dealers on-site & delivering casino-floor presentations. Educating dealers on correct game execution and presenting new products in casinos to introduce innovations and gather feedback.
  • Presenting games to clients and during sales visits in the showroom. Preparing and delivering game demonstrations for clients and partners to showcase new games, functionalities, and player experiences.
  • Ensuring compliance with market and regulatory requirements. Maintaining alignment of rules, presentations, and training with relevant legislation and industry standards across markets.
  • Monitoring competition and market trends. Analyzing market trends and competitor products and proposing improvements and new ideas to increase game competitiveness.
  • Handling and resolving technical and operational issues. Identifying and addressing issues in collaboration with IT and development teams to ensure reliable system and product performance.



🎯 A sneak peek into the skills set ... Evaluate if you’re a match:

  • Experience as a casino dealer (croupier) or in similar roles within the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of casino games and basic game mechanics (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
  • Strong command of computer and digital tools needed for daily work.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Nova Gorica, with occasional work from the Sežana office.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Experience in writing content (manuals, technical descriptions, or marketing materials) is an advantage.
