For our client, a leading provider of commercial mobility solutions across Europe, we are recruiting an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to support the development and deployment of scalable, production-grade AI systems.

Office Location: Near Piata Romana, Bucharest
Hybrid model: 1 day per week in the office.

Responsibilities:

AI Solution Assessment: Assist business stakeholders in evaluating AI solutions. You’ll analyze and assess the technical details of the different solutions and implementation options, and assess the benefits of building versus buying AI services, helping the business make informed decisions
AI Technology Showcase and Demos: Build and integrate AI into services and products to showcase and demonstrate various possible solutions and highlight the potential of AI and the best practices of AI integration.
AI Projects: Work closely with business and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions into products and services.
AI into Products: Collaborate and support technical teams to integrate AI capabilities into our products and services seamlessly.
AI into Systems: Develop robust integrations between our AI platform (e.g., Conversational AI) and other internal systems.
AI Engineering Expert: You will serve as a technical expert for our AI platform (e.g., Conversational AI), developing technical best practices and guidelines for teams using the solution. You are proving your ruleset because you are using it.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
4+ years' experience in DevOps skills with a hands-on mentality, Python is a plus
2+ with Machine learning & Generative AI frameworks
Cloud platform experience, Azure is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and explore emerging technologies
