We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as an HR Generalist, playing a key role in supporting human resources processes across global mobility, recruitment, administration, training, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Oversee contract management (temporary and permanent), immigration matters (work permits, visas), and employee travel (business trip/short-long term assignments) abroad.
- Manage recruitment processes, including candidate search, contractual offers, and onboarding.
- Provide consultancy to employees and managers on HR procedures and labor cost accountancy.
- Provide support for personnel administration activities.
- Conduct training needs analysis, define annual training budgets, and organize internal training courses.
- Support performance evaluation, skills assessment, and career development planning.
- Identify and develop internal talent for key managerial positions through segmentation and resource mapping.
- Define and manage local content development plans and initiatives.
- Provide HR reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- University degree in Economics, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or industrial environments (Global Mobility, Personnel Administration, Human Resources Management or External Relations experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor laws and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Assertiveness, resilience, adaptability to change.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Teamwork oriented.
