What you will be doing

  • Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
  • Update HR systems (Revisal) and support the preparation of global HR reports
  • Assist with preparing and updating HR documents, including employment contracts
  • Support payroll activities by tracking employee holidays and sick leave
  • Create, organize, and distribute HR documents and presentations
  • Help compile reports and maintain spreadsheets for HR operations
  • Collect employment and tax-related information
  • Support compensation and benefits documentation
  • Help prepare and deliver onboarding and offboarding presentations, ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Assist with exit interviews and related documentation
  • Act as a friendly point of contact for new employees with administrative questions

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • (or final-year student / equivalent practical experience)

  • Ability to work independently with guidance and support from the team
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach
