About the Role:
We are looking for a Scheduling Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and optimizing schedules and operational processes, ensuring the efficient functioning of projects and online games. You will work closely with the technical team, production team, and project managers to identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure deadlines and company standards are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage project schedules and tasks.
- Monitor workflows and identify possible bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to allocate resources and prioritize tasks.
- Create and update reports and statistics on project progress.
- Participate in planning meetings and operational process reviews.
- Propose improvements and optimizations for scheduling and internal processes.
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Provide support in implementing new project management systems or tools.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in scheduling analysis or project management (preferably in iGaming or IT).
- Strong understanding of operational processes and planning methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills when working with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Excel, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), and reporting systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make results-driven decisions.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
