As Media Sr Project Manager for Europe and reporting to the Head of Media and Client Campaigns, you will play a key role in deploying the regional media strategy. You will lead the implementation of integrated media campaigns to boost brand awareness, enhance consumer engagement, and drive customer acquisition. In this key position, you will collaborate closely with media experts across European markets. You will be specifically responsible for supporting the Iberia market and one another market. Key Responsibilities
Media Planning
- Execute the media strategy for Europe, ensuring alignment with the Maison's global framework and the specific ambitions of each local market.
- Track annual planning across all media platforms, including Print, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Digital.
- Oversee regional media planning campaigns, encompassing all stages from initial briefing to execution, while diligently tracking, optimizing, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating performance across both online and offline channels.
- Manage the media budget, ensuring accurate allocation and year-end reconciliation.
- Collaborate with local media experts in European markets to guarantee that both offline and online campaigns are set up to meet high professional standards, adhere to established guidelines, and ensure brand safety.
- Share creative briefs and production assets via Picto and approve previews with the agency.
- Monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage daily interactions with the regional media agency, fostering a robust and collaborative partnership.
- Establish clear objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the regional Mediacom team.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations of the agency based on agreed missions and provide consistent feedback on operational effectiveness and service quality.
- Cultivate community engagement among media experts in local markets, promoting the sharing of best practices.
- Master’s degree in business administration or communication
- 5-10 years of experience in media, with a strong focus on the luxury industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and to manage external vendors
- Solid experience in budget ownership and cost control
- Expert on SAP, Anaplan, BumbleBee and DMR
- Fluent in English and Spanish, French is a plus
