About the Role

As our Accountant, you’ll play an important role in the finance operations for our Swedish entities: Solarkraft i Överlida AB, Emaldo AB, and ZOE Nordic.

You’ll be responsible for daily bookkeeping and payroll, financial reporting, and ensuring smooth operations across our Nordic business units.

You will work closely with and report directly to Karin Eriksson, Head of Accounting Europe, becoming a key part of our growing Nordic finance team.

What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily bookkeeping (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions).
• Managing payroll, reconciliations, and reporting for Solarkraft i Överlida AB, Emaldo AB, and ZOE Nordic.
• Supporting monthly closing activities (inventory, provisions, reconciliations).
• Preparing management reports and supporting group consolidation.
• Supporting budget and forecast preparation.
• Filing VAT, tax, and other statutory reports.
• Manage the full year-end closing process, including preparing annual financial statements and coordinating the audit.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of financial processes and systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant education in accounting, finance, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of both the K2 and K3 accounting frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related finance role.
• Experience with financial and payroll systems (knowledge of Fortnox is an advantage).
• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a must.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Analytical and structured - you understand the numbers beyond the data entry.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
